Former Aviation Minister Femi Fani-Kayode has slammed the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), Godwin Emefiele, over the naira redesign policy once more.
Fani-Kayode stated this in a tweet on Tuesday.
Emefiele and those who sent him to bring hardship to the Nigerian people, he claims, will be sorry.
The APC chieftain insisted that if Tinubu wins the presidential election, the old naira notes would be reinstated.
He believes Emefiele is not an eternal being and will be punished for the suffering he has caused Nigerians.
Emefiele and those who sent him to bring “hardship and misery to Nigerians will rue the day” if the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Tinubu wins the election, he said.
According to him, the old Naira notes “will come back”.
He wrote:
By Saturday after Asiwaju wins all this nonsense stops & everyone will know their place in the scheme of things.
As for the old notes be rest assured that they will come back.
Emefiele is not God and those who sent him to bring hardship & misery to Nigerians will rue the day.

WITHIN NIGERIA recalls that Fani-Kayode was recently ordered to report to the Department of State Service (DSS) facility every day after alleging that the Peoples Democratic Party presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, and some generals of the Nigerian Army were planning a coup.
