According to Daddy Freeze, an on-air personality and Free the Sheeple Pioneer, the 2023 election is proof that the majority of Nigerian pastors do not hear from God.
In a post on his Facebook page on Wednesday, Daddy Freeze wrote;
Dear Nigerian pastors, can we now agree that majority of you do not hear shishi from any god, let alone the true God.
This election is living proof.
It can be recalled that several Nigerian pastors predicted that the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate would be the chosen one to lead Nigerians to the promised land.
However, All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate Bola Tinubu defeated 17 other candidates in the election. He received the most votes (8,794,726) of any candidate, meeting the first constitutional requirement to be declared the winner.
He also received more than 25% of the votes cast in 30 states, which is more than the constitutionally required 24 states.
According to the final results announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission Chairman Mahmood Yakubu in the early hours of Wednesday in Abuja, Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) came second in the election.
In the election, Atiku received 6,984,520 votes.
Obi, on the other hand, finished third with 6,101,533 votes, while Rabiu Kwankwaso of the NNPP finished fourth with 1,496,687 votes.
