Tony Elumelu, Chairman of the United Bank of Africa (UBA) Group, has shared his humble experience from his visit to Jerusalem.
WITHIN NIGERIA gathered that the banking mogul took to his social media platforms to share some photos he took on his visit to the city of Jerusalem in Israel on pilgrimage.
The philanthropist, who recently hosted President-elect Bola Tinubu at his home to discuss ways to help the teaming youth, shared photos from his visit to various historic sites in Jerusalem’s “old city.”
He described his visit to the Holy Land as a humble experience.
Captioning the photos shared on his social media platforms, Elumelu said “While in Israel, I visited the Old City of Jerusalem and what a humbling experience #HolyLand #TOEWay.”
The philanthropist who recently turn 60 hosted 60 beneficiaries of the Tony Elumelu Foundation among others for a symposium he tagged ’60 for 60’.
The symposium was said to have been held at the Tony Elumelu Amphitheatre in UBA House.
Hours after the symposium, close friends, associates, and family gathered at an undisclosed location for a close-knit birthday party for the Chairman Heirs Holdings, while some of the world’s top musical acts thrilled with exhilarating performances.
Some of the musicians who performed include CKay Flavour N’abania and Wizkid.
