The spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, has made a commitment to take appropriate action regarding a trending video showing male students from Delta State University (DELSU) dressed in female attire.
As part of their final year activities, the students organized a “Gender-Switch Day,” during which male students dressed in female attire, and female students wore male costumes. Thisevent allowed the participants to playfully challenge gender stereotypes.
A video from the “Gender-Switch Day” event surfaced online and quickly went viral, sparking humorous reactions from netizens.
However, this didn’t appear to sit well with the police PRO, and he has vowed to take immediate action regarding the trending clip.
“Noted. I will take action on this and give the necessary advice. Thanks,” he wrote on Twitter, quoting the video.
The PRO’s response suggests that there might be concerns or possible legal implications related to the video, warranting further investigation or intervention from the authorities.

Osedion had been reported missing for several days, prompting Onwabhagbe Cordelia, her mother, to visit Killaboi’s residence in Oral Estate, Ikota, Lagos state.
In a series of Instagram posts on Monday, Killaboi said he and his girlfriend had an argument after which he “mistakenly” stabbed her to death.
He said he did not intend to kill Osedion while praying for eternal peace.
He wrote;
“I can’t live with this guilt, I am going crazy, I should have left this toxic relationship but I did not,” the posts read in part.
“I will say nothing but the truth and come out clean and hope God grant me eternal peace.
“I’m in so much pain I’m in so much pain I’m in so much pain I need help I need help I need help.
“What is life now I want to turn myself in I’m not a bad person I swear I’m not a bad person But with what has happened I think I deserve nothing but death I will gladly die, by hanging, by shooting, whichever way fate has for me.
“I’m willing I can’t live with this guilt knowing the girl I loved so much died in my own hands oh Gooooooood why this What do I do now I deserve death, I want to die.”
