A video making the rounds online captures the moment a man caught a lady with a male minor in an uncompleted building.
In the clip, the man who was upstairs in an apartment directly opposite the uncompleted building halted further actions between the lady and the boy as he shouted from afar and rushed down to the location.
Instilling fear, he could be heard threatening to descend heavily on the lady if she dares to move an inch.
A caption that accompanied the video hinted at sexual molestation, it read:
“They have finally got her.. always carrying small boys.”
