Gov Soludo’s daughter Adaora gets engaged to Lover in Morocco

Adaora Soludo is on cloud nine as her partner popped the all-important question that spinsters are eager to respond to. The lovebirds' engagement is now official, and her followers are eagerly counting down to their much-anticipated wedding


Adaora Soludo, the first daughter of Anambra State Governor, Prof. Charles Soludo, has taken a step further in her relationship journey by getting engaged to Arinze, her partner.

Infusing a dash of excitement, she turned to her Instagram page to unveil a set of vibrant photos that beautifully captured the element of surprise during the proposal.

Allow me to introduce you to the love of my life,” she wrote.

The images capture the moment when Arinze knelt down to propose to Adaora, seeking her hand in marriage.

Following this touching moment, the affectionate couple shared an embrace, with Adaora proudly displaying her new engagement ring.

The pair also enjoyed a romantic candlelit dinner in a garden adorned with red flowers strewn across the floor.

This enchanting proposal unfolded in the captivating city of Marrakech, nestled in Morocco.

Adaora secured a master’s degree in management from Imperial College Business School. She also earned a fashion communications diploma from Conde Nast College of Fashion and Design.

According to her, she has been practising fashion design since she was 15.

Soludo is also a former governor and ex-chairman of the board of directors of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN).

He served at the CBN between May 2004 and 2009. He was elected the governor of Anambra state in March 2022.

Soludo tied the knot with Nonye Frances in 1992. Their marriage is blessed with six children.

Last December, Chukwuma and Nonye renewed their marital vow while marking their 30-year-old marriage.
