An emotionally stirring post has surfaced on social media, concerning one of the individuals affected by a devastating fire incident that transpired on Wednesday.

Sanni Nassem Abiola, a student in the final year of his studies at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), tragically lost his life in the incident.

In a widely circulated video sighted on TikTok, the young man can be seen partaking in the candlelight procession held on September 21st, in memory of the late Nigerian singer Mohbad, as he holds a candle aloft.

The caption on the video read:

It saddens my heart to inform you all that we lost another brother, colleague, and friend Sanni Nassem Abiola (LAUTECH 500 level student) who was also a victim of the fire incident that happened on Wednesday. He was there at Mohbad’s candle night now he’s dead.”
