A video of a Nigerian woman has caused a stir online as she sternly ordered guests to vacate her 70th birthday celebration for failing to adhere to the dress code, known as “Asoebi,” that she had set for the event.

The celebrant had meticulously organized the milestone birthday party, and as part of her requirements for attendees, she had mandated that they purchase and wear the designated Asoebi fabric to the gathering.

The viral video captured the assertive hostess firmly instructing those who had not acquired the Asoebi attire to leave her celebration immediately.

Despite some grumbling and visible reluctance, the guests had no option but to abide by her uncompromising decision and exit the event location.
