  • Vlogger, Tosin Silverdam alleges that both the adopted daughter of Mr Ibu, Jasmine Chioma and the actor’s son were rearrested by the police yesterday, leading to their detention and subsequent charge to court today, January 18, 2024.
  • The charges reportedly result from their refusal to comply with Mr Ibu’s wife’s demands, seeking the surrender of all assets, including social media accounts, a move supported by Mr Ibu.

In a recent development, vlogger, Tosin Silverdam revealed that there have been significant developments in the legal dispute involving Nollywood actor Mr Ibu, his son, and his adopted daughter, Jasmine.

According to him, Jasmine and Mr Ibu’s son have been rearrested by the police. The incident is said to have occurred yesterday, leading to their detention and subsequent charge to court today, 18th Jan 2024.

According to Silverdam, the charges stemmed from their alleged refusal to comply with Mr Ibu’s wife’s demands to hand over all possessions, including social media accounts. Mr Ibu, who is currently recuperating, is reported to also be in favour of transferring ownership of the assets to his wife.

This comes weeks after Jasmine and Mr Ibu’s son’s arrest over an alleged attempt to siphon the ailing actor’s N300M donations.
