Nigerian pastor endorses Yul Edochie's new Ministry, issues warning to critics

A Nigerian man, Pastor Robert Jr. has publicly endorsed Nollywood actor Yul Edochie’s newly established ministry, True Salvation Ministry.

The endorsement came with a strong warning directed at those who have been critical of Edochie’s transition from acting to the ministry.

In a Facebook post on Wednesday, January 24, Pastor Robert shared a soft copy of Yul Edochie’s ministry, emphasizing the belief that God can use anyone regardless of their background.

He challenged critics, questioning whether Edochie’s perceived sins were worse than others and cautioning against baseless hatred.

Pastor Robert who is a senior prophet at Grace Confirmation Church Worldwide, didn’t stop at endorsing Yul Edochie; he went on to draw comparisons with popular Nigerian televangelist Chris Okotie, known for his controversial marital history.

The senior cleric pointed out Okotie’s three marriages, all of which ended in divorce, using this as a basis to highlight what he sees as a lack of credibility in someone holding the title of pastor despite personal circumstances.

He wrote;

…God can use anybody!

“This Yul Edochie is even better than Chris Okotie.

“Chris Okotie who married three different women in different times and yet ended up divorcing all. Yet his a pastor!

“Who is Yul that God can’t call?!!!

“Is his sin the worse sin? Or are you people just hating on him? Becareful, man is not God!”
