A man who referred to himself as the leader of the United Boys Culture of Etche has called out the veteran Nigerian singer, Timaya for allegedly stealing his song.
In a video shared on his IG page, the man urged the Bayelsa-born crooner to get his hands off his song which was done in collaboration with other men; considered to be a group song.
In addition, he noted that the track has been trending since October 2023 and Timaya suddenly jumped on it and made a remix out of it.
He reiterated that ‘Dey Your Dey‘ doesn’t belong to Timaya and urged the singer to make way for upcoming artists if he can no longer deliver unique songs.
He wrote:
“Timaya leave our song DEY your dey…. No be your own.
Leave our song DEY your dey timaya…. If song done finish for your head design…. Make up coming artist see front.”
