An alleged lawsuit by famous comedian, Kelvin Anagbogu alias Lord Lamba demanding custody of his daughter, Princess Kelvin Anagbogu with BBNaija’s Queen Atang has surfaced online.
The suit dated 16th Feb 2024 was shared online by gossip blogger, Cutie Julz who shared details concerning the alleged disagreement between Lamba and Queen Mercy Atang.
In the document, Lord Lamba outlined reasons why the baby should be handed over to him for decent upbringing.
Sharing the photos of the suit, Cutie Julz wrote:
“@lordlamba I have had these court papers since and because of a little child’s involvement,
I was hoping your folks will succeed in talking some sense into your head but no.
Dear Cuties, please this is my proof that Igbo addict Lord Lamba has taken Queen Mercy to court in trying to take her child from her.
I have all the papers in full but in due time, I will let you see all. I just want you lots to see I have it. Also, we are for the interest of the child involved and no one else.
Lamba wants to take away the child he’s been publicly shying away from claiming and give her to his mom on last slide. His reasons are so delusional.
Mercy has been a good mother of the child and even the birthday video that Lamba posted, he did not pay for it.
Despite his deadbeat father ways, Mercy has always gone extra so that their child will have a relationship with her father, Lamba.
Now that Mercy is about to get married, Lord Lamba wants to take away her child from her.
Folks, it’s so sad and disheartening to say the least.
