The trader, @raffayalvi, publicly acknowledged Femi’s integrity on X (formerly Twitter), praising his actions and sparking a wave of appreciation from netizens.
In response to the praise, Femi’s crypto wallet address was shared, and he received over $5,000 (more than N7.5 million) in rewards from people.

In a captivating new video, Femi detailed how the mix-up happened, revealing that he had actually won $100 (over N150k) worth of Solana from the trader, who then accidentally sent him the enormous sum.
In a jaw-dropping blunder, the well-meaning foreigner, aiming to reward Femi with his giveaway prize, ended up transferring a whopping $14,000—equivalent to over N21 million—into his account by mistake!
His words;
“My name is Anjola Femi, the guy that is known as Lucky, that is the Twitter handle @muchino67.
“So I won this giveaway on Solana, $100 worth of Solana from Rafael Alvi this morning. So, what happened was that he sent it to me.
“So, when he sent it to me, he now messaged me that he mistakenly sent 100 Solana which was $14k instead of $100. So, he requested me to hold 10 and send 90 to him in which I did…”
Femi, a chemical engineering grad, said he staunchly refused to pocket the cash, cited his strong faith and principles. His bold stance was a powerful testament to Nigerian integrity, proving to the world that moral fiber runs deep in his countrymen.
