Nigerian billionaire and CEO of Teka Group Ltd, Chief Ugonna Osinachi Orabuchi, popularly known as “Panteka,” recently laid to rest his late father-in-law, Nze Mathias Nwafor Uzo Orakwute, in a gold-plated casket valued at over N130 million.

Nze Orakwute reportedly passed away at the age of 72, and his burial was marked by an opulent ceremony.

Details of the burial were shared on the social media platform X (formerly Twitter) by a media outlet, which included poignant photos from the ceremony.

The post read:

“Imo Billionaire Businessman, CEO of Teka Group Ltd, Chief Ugonna Osinachi Orabuchi, popularly known as Panteka, reportedly buries his Anambra in-law in a casket worth over 130 million naira.”

Photos from the ceremony show a group of undertakers carrying the casket to its final resting place.

In other news, It was a lavish display of wealth at the funeral of the mother of socialite, Obi Cubana in Oba, Anambra State, on Friday July 16.

The funeral attracted several celebrities, businesspeople and politicians, who ‘sprayed’ huge amounts of naira notes at the event.

Several guests sprayed Obi Cubana with 200, 500 and 1,000 naira notes, in what seemed like a bid to outdo one another.
