A viral video of two Nigerian men has melted hearts as they discovered they are both from Nigeria while attending an event in US.

The viral video capturing this priceless moment has touched the hearts of many.

The two men, whose identities were not disclosed in the video, found themselves in the same place at the same time, thousands of miles away from their homeland, Nigeria.

One of them, working as a journalist covering the event’s Red Carpet, was tasked with interviewing attendees, while the other had come to the occasion as a guest.

In the now-famous clip, the journalist, brimming with curiosity, engaged the other man in conversation, asking about his country of origin.

The response, “I’m from Nigeria,” brought an immediate spark of recognition.

The journalist, grinning from ear to ear, noted, “That accent is hard, bro.”

What followed was a heartwarming revelation that surpassed their initial connection.

Not only did they hail from the same country, but they also shared a more specific connection: they were both from the same state, Anambra.

This surprised them both and they hugged each other happily while laughing hard.

Netizens Reactions…

@QScape_Naija commented: “Our greeting is always top-notch. Handshake, tight hug, slip in a joke followed with loud laughter. That’s why we can be identified from a mile anywhere”

@Abi_odun noted: “This is so lovely.. This is the real Nigerian.. We so love ourselves but are divided by religion and tribalism..”

@SamuelA13284266 wrote; “If you want to see love amongst Nigerians, just go to any country outside Nigeria…you will see love amongst them but when they’re back, the hating starts”

@EugeneOpara stated: “The interviewer forgot his job as soon as he realized that he was standing next to a brother.”

@okeken53 said: “They were foreign accenting, immediately they heard the mother accent n intro. Ha turapu guard. So lovely.”

@SureboyPrecious wrote; “After some mad people will say Igbos don’t love themselves. I still find it hard to understand where that narrative came from.”
