Manchester United were handed a tough draw as they will take on Serie A giant AC Milan in the Europa League round of 16.
The draw took place today (Friday) at the House of European Football in Nyon, Switzerland.
United, 2017 winners of the Europa League, will welcome Milan at Old Trafford for the first leg before travelling to San Siro for the reverse fixture.
The fixture will see Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic facing his old United teammates whom he won the competition with in 2017.
Nigerian stars will face off against each other as Peter Olayinka’s Slavia Prague will battle Rangers that parade Leon Balogun and Joe Aribo.
Olayinka was instrumental in Slavia Prague’s 2-0 win against Leicester City on Thursday, as he provided the assist for his side’s second goal at the King Power stadium.
Other fixtures will see Samuel Chukwueze’s Villarreal face Dynamo Kyiv, Ajax and Young Boys will engage each other, it’s Roma vs Shakhtar Donetsk and Olympiacos up against Arsenal.
Also, Tottenham Hotspur will play Dinamo Zagreb and Granada vs Molde.
The round of 16 first legs are scheduled for Thursday 11 March, with the second legs on 18 March.
