Nasarawa Governor Abdullahi Sule has dissolved the State Executive Council.
Sule announced this at the Government House Lafia after an expanded meeting of the Executives, which includes Commissioners, Special Advisers and Senior Special Assistants.
The Governor thanked the commissioners and the aides for their sacrifices and contributions to successes of his administration so far and wished them well in their future endeavors.
Meanwhile, there are indications that the Governor will reappoint some, those most likely to be reappointed include the State information Commissioner, Dogo Shammah, the first serving Journalist to be appointed as a commissioner since the creation of the state, in 1996 by the Sani Abacha administration.
Others who may be reappointed include the Commissioner for Education, Local government, and Chieftaincy affairs.
