Chelsea star, Reece James shares video clip of robbers burgling his house to steal his UCL medal

Chelsea Football Club defender and England International, Reece James has released CCTV footage showing the moment four burglars raided his home to steal his UEFA Champions League and Euro 2020 medals.

According to him, the incident took place while he was with his club playing against Zenith Saint Petersburg in the Champions League match on Tuesday, September 14.

Reece posted the video clips on Thursday, September 16, while asking for help from members of the public and security agencies to identify the culprits.

The footage, captured from different security cameras placed around the house, showed four people invading the home of the Chelsea star at night.

The thieves gained access into the house by knocking a hole in the wall with a sledgehammer. The gang later resurfaced from inside the house pushing what appeared to be a very heavy safe containing Reece’s UEFA Champions League winner’s medal and Euro 2020 runners-up medal.

Fortunately, nobody was at home when the robbery took place.
