A commercial driver has been arrested for conspiring with criminal gangs to abduct passengers loaded from a motor park.
Spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF), Frank Mba, who disclosed this at a media briefing in Abuja said the suspect routinely delivered innocent citizens to kidnappers.
