Three persons lost their lives in an accident involving a DAF truck, a Toyota Sienna and a Toyota Camry at Olowotedo axis outbound Lagos on the Lagos-Ibadan expressway.

The spokesperson, Ogun Traffic Compliance and Enforcement Corps, Mr Babatunde Akinbiyi, who confirmed the incident to the News Agency of Nigeria said the accident occurred on Saturday at 4:07pm.

Akinbiyi explained that the car wrongfully overtook the truck, loaded with empty crates, and this caused the truck driver to lose control and rammed into the Toyota Sienna.
