FIN women Africa-UAE forum: Rev Esther Ajayi shares her encounter with Soccer Legend Ronaldinho in Dubai

Clergywoman and philanthropist Rev. Mother Esther Ajayi has met ex-Brazil international Ronaldinho in Dubai, UAE.

The widely-travelled prophetess and her team took photos with the football icon. The photos were posted on Instagram by the church with the caption, “Where Spirituality meets Football.”

Commenting on Ronaldinho, the church said, “Considered one of the best players of his generation and regarded by many as one of the greatest of all time, Ronaldinho won two FIFA World Player of the Year awards and a Ballon d’Or. A global icon of the sport.”

Popularly called Iya Adura, Ajayi is in Dubai for the FIN women Africa-UAE trade and investment forum which began on Monday, November 22. The forum will end on Wednesday, November 24.

On arrival in Dubai, Ajayi visited the Pearl Divers Waterfall at Dubai Mall.

Themed ‘The way to prosperous women of Africa brand,’ the forum has attracted over 100 top business and professional women and men from various African countries and the Middle East.

The event has played host to leading women from every sector of the continent and provided platforms that will help create positive changes for women.

Top dignitaries at the event include Zimbabwean first lady Auxillia Mnangagwa, wives of Kaduna, Kebbi and Kwara governors Hadiza el-Rufai, Zainab Bagudu and Olufolake AbdulRasaq respectively.

Ajayi, who is also the founder of Love of Christ Generation Church C and S Worldwide, gave a keynote speech at the forum.

Other Nigerians who gave keynote speeches are the minister of industry, trade and investment, Adeniyi Adebayo; and former minister of industry Onikepo Akande.

The forum initiated ample conversations on the empowerment of women and task participants on improved mastery of available opportunities for trade, investment and tourism.

Ajayi, whose multi-million naira cathedral was opened in Lagos in September, was honoured as a leading female philanthropist at the forum.

The event, supported by the UAE Government, was attended by UAE’s Deputy Prime Minister Sheikh Hamdan bin Khalifa.
