Yaya Toure, a former Manchester City player, is presently gaining coaching experience at Tottenham Hotspur in the English Premier League.
Toure is spending a couple of days this week with Spurs’ academy staff and players as he works towards his UEFA A Licence coaching badge, which is supported by the Welsh FA, according to Football London.
On Wednesday, the Ivory Coast icon was spotted in a Tottenham tracksuit at the club’s Hotspur Way training facility, where he was coaching the club’s young squad.
The 38-year-old is now based in London and is said to be open to extending his tenure with Tottenham’s development department, where he works with academy manager Dean Rastrick and head of academy coaching Chris Powell.
Toure had been gaining coaching experience in Russia this year.
The former midfielder won three Premier League titles during his time at Man City.
He also won the Champions League and two La Liga titles during his time at Barcelona.
