Teden Mengi, a defender for Manchester United, has joined Birmingham City on loan for the duration of the 2021/22 season.
Mengi, who just made his Champions League debut for Man United in a 1-1 draw against Young Boys, has left the Red Devils for the second time.
On Tuesday, Man United released a statement on their website announcing the news.
Tenden spent the second part of last season at Derby County, where he was managed by Wayne Rooney, Manchester United’s all-time greatest scorer.
The centre-back will join fellow Academy graduate Tahith Chong at Birmingham.
Meanwhile, in a related development, Arsenal have recalled defender Harry Clarke from his loan with Ross County in the Scottish Premiership.
Arsenal disclosed this in a post via their website ahead of their Carabao Cup semi-final first-leg tie with Liverpool on Thursday night at Emirates.
Harry made 17 appearances during his loan, scoring three goals and providing two assists.
