Arsenal legend, Kanu Nwankwo, has wished the Super Eagles of Nigeria the best of luck as they begin their 2021 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON, Round of 16 tie against Tunisia on Sunday night.
Kanu urged the Super Eagles to make Nigeria proud when they clash with Tunisia in the AFCON last-16 tonight.
The former Super Eagles captain also urged Nigerians to support and pray for Augustine Eguavoen’s side against Tunisia.
In a video posted on Super Eagles’ official Instagram account on Sunday, Kanu said, “Nigeria vs Tunisia, knockout stage, come on boys come on victory all the way, three points.
“Please let support them, let’s pray for them, we wish them all the best. Good luck, come on, boys, you can do this 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 victories all the way, history.
The cup is back. Come on, believe, believe, make sure you go out there make us proud, all the best.”
Nigeria had won all their three matches in the AFCON group stage, while Tunisia won one and lost two.
