Biafra: Why Nnamdi Kanu should not be released – Asari Dokubo to Buhari govt

The leader of the defunct Niger Delta Peoples Salvation Force (NDPSF), Asari Dokubo, has disclosed reasons why the Federal Government should not release leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from detention.

According to Dokubo,  Kanu instigated violence and his influence propelled his followers to wreak havoc in the southeast, hence, he should not be released from prison.

The former Niger Delta militant leader disclosed this during a Facebook live on Thursday, January 27.

WITHIN NIGERIA recalls that Dokunbo while reacting to the re-arrest and extradition of Kanu from Kenya by the Federal Government , called Kanu, a con man who tricked people to gallivant around the world.

He stated that; “Nnamdi Kanu, I promised you I will smoke you out. Your madness never start, this one wey start now na market he dey go. you have harmed Biafrans and traded with us so much.”

Speaking during a Facebook live, Dokunbo said; “They will come and be begging (the FG) to bring out Nnamdi Kanu. For what? For the people that he’s killing?

“You take Mkpuru Mmiri (Crystal Methamphetamine), then eat the flesh of our people. What these evil men are doing to our people, do they have hearts?

“You take traditional rulers, chain them, you put guns inside their mouths because they are the people who are not allowing Biafra to come.”
