One Mr. Ebitein Enoch, who was deeply asleep in his residence at Ojobo Community, Burutu Local Government Area, Delta State, was allegedly killed by a man simply identified as Oyakemeagbegha.
The incident happened on Saturday evening when the suspect, who is currently on the run, got into an argument with the victim’s wife.
It was learnt that the suspect woke the victim up from his sleep and clubbed him to death with a 2×2 polyne (wood).
DSP Bright Edafe, the Delta State Police Public Relations Officer, did not pick phone calls or respond to a text message sent to him for confirmation.
