Suspected kidnappers have reportedly killed two persons in Ondo town and Molege community in Ose Local Government Area of Ondo State.
One of the deceased, a farmer, identified as Zacheus Olotu, was said to have been found dead in the bush in Molege after he was kidnapped.
The second victim, Sunday Okeke, was reportedly shot dead last Saturday in Ondo town while on his way to Anambra State.
According to PUNCH, a source said Okeke was travelling alongside two of his friends when they were kidnapped.
The kidnappers reportedly shot OKeke to dead after attempting to flee into a nearby bush and took others away.
The deceased’s widow, Chioma, urged the police to fish out her husband’s killers.
She said; “The police and other security agencies should fish out and prosecute the killers of my husband.”
The monarch of Oka Akoko, Oba Yusuf Adeleye, also urged the police to get to the root of the matter and arrest the culprits.
The State Police Public Relations Officer, Funmilayo Odunlami, however, denied knowledge of the killings.
