The Federal Ministry of Finance building located in the Central Area of Abuja is currently on fire.
The cause of the fire outbreak as of the time of filing this report is sketchy.
But firefighters have arrived the scene to control the situation.
The spokesperson of the Federal Fire Service, Abraham Paul, confirmed the incident.
He stated that the operatives of the fire service were battling the fire.
As at the time of this report, fire fighters had arrived the scene to put out the fire.
In another news, no fewer than five persons including an unnamed suspected drug baron were killed yesterday in a renewed cult war in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State capital, between notorious members of the Bobos and Iceland cult groups.
It was learnt that scores of persons were severely injured during the clash which led to the lockdown of some streets in the Yenagoa metropolis.
