Nigeria has recorded 36 new cases of deadly disease named COVID in three states and the federal capital territory, FCT.
The COVID-19 result was announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily update for Sunday, March 13, 2022.
According to the agency’s report, a breakdown of the fresh infections across three states is shown below; Yobe-30, Lagos-3, FCT-2 and Rivers-1.
According to the agency, 32 COVID-19 patients were discharged on Sunday after they recovered from the infection.
To date, Nigeria has confirmed a total of 254,989 confirmed cases, 249,372 discharges and 3,142 deaths.
