The Nigeria national team’s players and coaches are slated to leave the country for Ghana on Thursday morning.
The team will depart on a chartered jet from Abuja’s Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport.
Over the weekend, camping for the 2022 World Cup playoff versus the Black Stars began in the nation’s capital.
As of Tuesday night, there were 22 players available, with the most recent additions being Samuel Chukwueze and Zaidu Sanusi.
Ademola Lookman of Leicester City is still expected to join up.
Ghana will host the opening leg of the playoff this Friday, with the rematch taking place four days later on March 29.
