Bello Muhammad, Governor of Zamfara state has described the reconciliation of the All Progressive Congress’ crisis in the state as the will and intervention of God.
This was stated on Monday by governor while speaking with newsmen in Sokoto immediately after his arrival at the Sultan Abubakar International Airport, Sokoto, from Abuja en route to Gusau, the Zamfara State.
He said, “It was not my making but God’s.”
The state APC had been in a leadership crisis that created a triangular faction among three gladiators; Former Governor Abdulaziz Yari, Senator Kabiru Marafa, and sitting Governor Matawalle.
The governor was in the company of Senator Kabiru Marafa, former governor, Ahmed Sani (Yariman Bakura), and former deputy governor, Mamuda Shinkafi, among other party chieftains
“Today, we are one united family working towards the success of the party come 2023.
“With this reconciliation, I have the conviction that the APC will take the day at the polls in 2023.
“I am 100% optimistic that victory will be ours by God’s grace,” he added.
