Nottingham Forest on Sunday returned to the Premier League again after 23 years.
Steve Cooper’s men gained promotion to England’s top flight, thanks to a 1-0 win over Huddersfield at Wembley on Sunday.
Levi Colwill’s own goal in the 43rd minute was the difference between the sides in the Championship play-off final.
Forest will now play in the Premier League for the first time since 1999.
It completes a remarkable season for a side who were bottom of the table after eight games when Cooper took over in late September.
Fulham and Bournemouth are the two clubs that have already clinched automatic promotion.
