President Muhammadu Buhari is currently meeting with the presidential hopefuls of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
According to TheCable, the president is expected to tell the aspirants who his preferred 2023 presidential candidate is at the meeting.
The meeting began at 8pm at the presidential villa, Abuja.

The APC screening panel has shortlisted 13 out of 23 presidential hopefuls for participation in the primary.
John Oyegun, chairman of the screening panel, presented the committee’s report to Abdullahi Adamu, the APC national chairman, on Friday.
