Zambia and Morocco are the two countries.
To defeat Senegal, the Copper Queens needed a penalty shootout. In regulation time, the game had ended 1-1.
Reynald Pedros’ ladies defeated Botswana 2-1 in the second quarter-final match on Wednesday night.
Both teams have also qualified to represent Africa at the 2023 Women’s World Cup, which will be held in Australia and New Zealand.
On Thursday, Nigeria take on Cameroon and South Africa clash with Tunisia in the other quarter-final ties.
