EPL: Ronaldo leaves Old Trafford after Ten Hag takes him off against Rayo Vallecano

Manchester United

Cristiano Ronaldo of Manchester United appeared to leave Old Trafford before the end of the pre-season friendly against Rayo Vallecano on Sunday.

After skipping the entire tour of Australia and Thailand, the 37-year-old made his debut under new manager Erik ten Hag.

Ronaldo played 45 minutes before being replaced by Amad Diallo at halftime.

However, it appears that Ronaldo was dissatisfied with the decision, as he was seen leaving the stadium before the game was over.

The Portugal captain was photographed signing autographs for a small group of fans outside the stadium who had already gathered near the exit to await the squad’s departure.

Normally, the area would be packed with fans, who were clearly surprised to see Ronaldo so early in the afternoon.
