Marcus Rashford will remain at Manchester United for an additional year, the team has decided.
Rashford’s current contract is set to expire at the end of the season.
United, however, has the power to make it last an additional year.
And the Daily Star reports United plan to trigger it before the New Year.
The decision has been made knowing interested foreign clubs, like Paris Saint-Germain, can start speaking with Rashford from January 1 without their intervention.
The 24-year-old has started this season on a fine note and already has three goals in the Premier League under new manager Erik ten Hag.
