The Police Service Commission, PSC, reports that the 2022 Constables Recruitment application deadline has been extended by one month.
On Monday, September 26, 2022, the Commission had originally planned to close its recruitment portal.
In order to give all interested applicants enough time, the portal would remain open for applications until October 26, 2022, according to the statement.
This was disclosed by the spokesperson for the commission, Ikechukwu Ani, over the weekend.
“Eligible applicants who have been unable to apply are advised to take advantage of this extension.
“The Commission is committed to ensuring that nobody interested in pursuing a career in the Nigeria Police Force will be denied the opportunity.”
Ani said the Commission would not deviate from its established policy of conducting transparent and merit-driven police recruitment.
He further added that applications were free and at no cost.
