The General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has confirmed that he was ambushed on Friday afternoon in Auchi, Edo State, by yet-to-be-identified gunmen.

Suleman, who called the incident an “assassination attempt,” asserted that the shooters sidetracked his convoy and fired directly at him.

The controversial cleric who made this statement in a video claimed that the bulletproof car he was riding in was his only means of escape.
