Another group of 137 stranded Nigerians from Libya have arrived at the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA).
At around 3.15 p.m., the returnees arrived at the Murtala Muhammad International Airport Cargo Wing in Ikeja, Lagos, where Alhaji Mustapha Habib Ahmed, the agency’s director general, was waiting to greet them.
Ahmed, who was represented by Mr. Ibrahim Farinloye Coordinator, Lagos Territorial Office of the agency, listed 52 female adults and one female infant as the returnees aboard the Al Buraq Air Boeing 737-800 with registration number 5A-DMG.
He claimed that there were 137 people in all, including the 76 adult males, four male children, and two male newborns transported on the same flight.
