Real Madrid are reportedly desperate to sell attacking midfielder Eden Hazard in the January transfer window in 2023, Diario Gol reports.
As Serie A powerhouse Juventus have expressed a strong interest in Hazard, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is desperate to offload the player at the end of the season or during the January transfer window.
After a disastrous start to the season, Juventus sees Hazard as the best option to improve the quality of their team.
Hazard moved to Real Madrid in the summer of 2019 from Chelsea.
But his stay at the Santiago Bernabeu has been disappointing so far.
The international player from Belgium has only made 71 appearances for Real Madrid in various leagues and has a history of injury problems.
The 31-year-old has scored just seven times and provided 11 assists for Los Blancos since joining the LaLiga champions.
None of the aforementioned numbers is impressive, particularly given Real Madrid paid a transfer fee of £150million to sign Hazard.
