Ghana’s Head Coach, Otto Addo, has announced a preliminary squad of 55 players for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
The Black Stars, who did not compete in the 2018 tournament in Russia, have returned to the competition and have been assigned to Group H alongside Portugal, South Korea, and Uruguay.
Ghana’s first match is against Portugal on November 24 before facing South Korea and Uruguay on November 28 and December 2, respectively.
The Black Stars will play Switzerland in a friendly international match on November 17 before departing for Qatar for the World Cup.
The roster will be reduced to 26 players for the competition, which will be held in Qatar from November 20 to December 18.
