Gabriel, an Arsenal player, made fun of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, a former teammate, as the Gunners defeated Chelsea 1-0 on Sunday at Stamford Bridge.
The Blues suffered their fourth defeat of the season as a result of Gabriel’s second-half tap-in.
In the build-up to the game, Aubameyang, who was facing his former side for the first time since his departure last January, warned Mikel Arteta’s side, saying ‘I’m back.”
Gabriel marshalled Aubameyang throughout the game and stopped him from coming close.
The Brazilian took to Twitter and cited Aubameyang’s BT Sport promo and reminded him that “London is Red”.
“NOTHING PERSONAL..LONDON IS RED,” Gabriel wrote in capitals.
