Just In: Bandits demand N20m for 20 children abducted in Niger

Bandits have kidnapped 20 children — both Males and females — in Niger State.

They were abducted in Kusherki village, Rafi Local Government Area of the state.

They were said to have been in captivity for the past three weeks. The bandits, according to reports, are demanding for N20m for their release.

There has been a spike in kidnapping, banditry and other forms of criminalities across the country for months on end.

Last week over 20 children were abducted in Kastina state while working on a farm. They were released days later.
