Two men have been arraigned before an Ojo magistrates’ court in Lagos for attempting to sodomise another man.
The accused are Victor Adams (25) and Bolaji Adebayo (27).
They are facing charges bordering on conspiracy and unlawful detention with intent to commit indecent assault.
According to NAN, the prosecutor, Dr Simon Uche, told the court that the defendants committed the offence on October 31, at Love Estate, Iba town, Ojo.
He said the defendants detained the nominal complainant, Mr Ayobami Kolade, in a premises with a plan to have sex with him against his will.
The Magistrate, Mr L. J. K. Layeni, admitted the accused to bail in the sum of N1m each and two sureties in like sum and adjourned to December 9.
