Dapo Abiodun, governor of Ogun State, has claimed that his administration had built more roads than previous governors Ibikunle Amosun, Gbenga Daniel, and Segun Osoba.
Abiodun stated that since taking office in 2019, he has built and rebuilt over 80 important highways, including Federal routes, totaling around 400 kilometers in the state.
“Across the state, over 80 major highways and others (including Federal roads) totaling 400km have been created, renovated, or restored.”
With the accomplishment, the governor emphasized that his government had built more kilometers of roads in the last three and a half years than previous administrations could claim.
“This administration in three years and six months has done more in terms of kilometres of roads than previous administrations in the State,” Abiodun said in a post on his verified social media handles.
