Primate Elijah Ayodele, the leader of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, issued a warning to Equatorial Guinea’s President, Teodoro Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, on Sunday, ahead of the country’s presidential election today.
The president will win the election, but he will be incapacitated while in office, according to Primate Ayodele.
Ayodele stated in a statement signed by his media aide, Osho Oluwatosin, that this will be his final election since he will be unable to continue owing to his disability.
Ayodele revealed that Mbasogo’s son will attempt to take over, but this will generate problems in the country.
Primate Ayodele warned that there will be “rancor in the country, mother of all crises,” adding that poverty will be on the increase in Equatorial Guinea.
‘’For the presidential election in Equatorial Guinea, The incumbent will still retain the seat but He will have issues, this is his last election because he won’t be able to continue.
“The government will have issues because his son will want to continue.
‘’He will incapacitated in office and will cause lot of rancor. Poverty will increase and they should expect mother of all crisis in the country,’’ he said.
