The residents of Oshodi and its environs were gripped by apprehension today as a 40 feet container fell on three vehicles at Cele bus top on the Oshodi Apapa expressway, Lagos State.

Driver of one of the vehicles: a commercial bus killed while passengers in the bus and those in the two other vehicles managed to escape.

In a video posted from the scene of the incident, first responders have started arriving at the location with the equipment needed for such rescue operation.

For years on end, the issue of unlatched containers failing off the back of trucks has become a recurring subject in Lagos state.
