Following the dramatic turn of events at the Katsina rally, Festus Keyamo, spokesman for the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential campaign council, mocked the People Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.
WITHIN NIGERIA reports that the Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) took to Twitter on Friday to mock the PDP flag bearer after a video clip capturing the moment a massive crowd mocked him while he addressed them surfaced.
The crowd responded to the ‘PDP echoing cheer’ by yelling the name of the APC flag bearer, Bola Tinubu, in the video that was shared online.
The crowd also muttered the words, ‘we don’t want’ and ‘whatever bad happened, you were involved’ during the rally.
WITHIN NIGERIA understands that the video was taken from the PDP presidential campaign rally in Kastina on Tuesday.
In response to the video, Keyamo praised the audience in his caption for ‘understanding the issues at stake in this election.’
He wrote;
Disaster for Atiku in Katsina!
‘Duk abin da aka yi, da kai ciki’ meaning ‘Whatever bad happened, you were involved’
‘‘Ba mua yi’ meaning ‘we don’t want’
‘‘Nigeria, Sai Asiwaju’
Thank you, Katsina. Thank you for understanding the issues at stake in this election.”
