The Chairman of Eti-Osa East Local Council Development Area, John Campos, has directed the naming of a street in the area after 41-year-old female lawyer, Bolanle Raheem, who was killed by an Assistant Superintendent of Police, Drambi Vandi, in the Ajah area of Lagos State.
Campos made this known during a visit to the family of the slain lawyer on Wednesday.
WITHIN NIGERIA had reported that Omobolanle was killed on Christmas Day while trying to make U-turn under the Ajah Bridge when ASP, Drambi Vandi, shot at her vehicle.
The husband of the deceased lawyer, Mr Gbenga Raheem, while speaking to sympathisers, appealed for calm, saying nothing could bring back his wife.
The late Raheem was a graduate of the Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago Iwoye, Ogun State.
She was the Chief Executive Officer of Croston Homes and co-founder, City Building, a real estate and property development company.
The deceased was seven months pregnant with twins when the tragedy struck.
