Noni Madueke, a winger for England’s Under-21 team, was reportedly signed for £30.7 million by Chelsea from PSV Eindhoven.
Noni Madueke, 20, signed a seven-and-a-half-year contract with Chelsea, with a one-year extension option.
Madueke is the club’s second signing in five days, following the £89 million arrival of Mykhailo Mudryk.
Chelsea has signed six players for a total of 178.50 million euros so far in the January transfer window.
Following Real Madrid’s summer spending spree of £292 million in 2019, Chelsea spent a Premier League-record £270 million the previous summer, ranking as the world’s second-highest summer spending by a club.
During the January transfer window, Joao Felix was loaned to the Blues along with David Datro Fofana, Andrey Santos, and Benoit Badiashile.
After sealing his move to Chelsea, Noni Madueke said:

Who is Noni Madueke?
Noni Madueke was born on March 10, 2002, in Barnet, England, making him 20 years old.
Madueke is of Igbo descent from Nigeria. After participating in youth programs at Crystal Palace and Tottenham, he left England in 2018 to join PSV in the Netherlands.
He scored 21 goals in 77 games for the Dutch national team. He has four England Under-21 caps to his name.
